CONSULTATIONS
A consultation fee of $15 is to be paid in full before any consultation is held via Zoom, FaceTime, direct phone, direct text, email or in person. Please note that without a consultation, prices are subject to change or increase. Consultations are limited to 10 minutes. After a 10 minute consultation session you will be charged $5.00 per 5 additional minutes. Must provide 2 to 3 photos of your hair or area of service request but not to include photos of any body parts (NO Private parts, male or female genitals, arms, chest, shoulders, stomach, legs, or back. All BODY service consultations must be done in person.
Deposits and refunds?
Deposits are not additional fees. Your deposit will go towards your total service fee once you arrive at your scheduled time or at checkout. Deposits are required at time of booking your appointment. All deposits will be 50% of your total price. Deposits are nonrefundable for all services. Deposits are to be made via Apple Pay, Cash App, debit card, credit card, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, NO CHECKS!!! All payments are due up front upon arrival before services.
Parking and wifi?
Free parking and wheelchair access available to all clients. Free WiFi available, (ask for assistance).
Surcharge Fees
A surcharge fee may be added to purchases and services to cover additional costs and expenses due to merchants regulations for credit card transactions which is typically around 3% of each transaction. Please confirm before purchases and services what exact surcharge fee amount will be charged for credit card transactions.
Cancellations and Bookings?
Cancellations required 24 hour notice before your appointment time. After two missed appointments, you will be removed from booking as a MVC. No walk-ins, private services only.
